LEGAL INFORMATION · UPDATED 9 OCTOBER 2026

Privacy Policy

This notice explains how admio.dev handles information on its public website and in its invitation-only pilot. For privacy requests, contact the admio operator at navid@leonlab.ai.

Data controller

LeonLab UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Cappelerstr. 130B, 35039 Marburg, Germany, represented by Navid Behnami. Email: navid@leonlab.ai. Company details are available in our Imprint.

Website delivery and essential storage

Our hosting service, Microsoft Azure, processes connection information such as IP address, request time, requested resource and browser information to deliver and protect the website. We use essential session and security cookies for sign-in and request protection, and browser storage for your cookie choice. These functions support the service you request and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR); essential device storage falls under Section 25(2) TDDDG.

Optional Google Analytics

Only if you accept analytics, our public homepage loads Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-3MH575YF0D. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Analytics helps us understand homepage visits and interactions using cookies and information such as browser and device details, visit timestamps and usage events. Google receives your IP address as part of the network connection.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Rejecting analytics has no effect on access to admio. Before consent, or after rejection, we do not load the analytics tag or send analytics measurements to Google.

Analytics runs only on the public homepage for signed-out visitors. We do not use this tag to measure signed-in workspaces, sign-in forms, invitations, legal pages, connector data or assistant conversations. The homepage measurement uses a URL without query parameters or fragments and an empty referrer. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled, and advertising consent remains denied.

Google may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. International processing is subject to applicable GDPR safeguards. See Google's Privacy Policy and data processing terms for its processing and transfer provisions. Browser analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without automatic extension. Google's server-side retention is controlled separately in the Analytics property.

You can withdraw consent at any time through . Withdrawal stops future analytics and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. It does not undo earlier processing. For cookie names and the consent record, see our Cookie Policy.

Contact and pilot access

If you email us, we process your email address, message and any information you choose to provide to reply and manage pilot access. Depending on the request, this is based on pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Contact information is kept for as long as needed for the request and any applicable legal obligations.

Pilot accounts and connected services

The pilot processes account details, workspace memberships, configured connections, authorized service data and execution records to provide the requested product. Session and request-protection cookies are necessary for authenticated use. Connected services receive requests only as part of authorized product operations. If an AI provider is configured, selected prompts and permitted context may be sent to that provider to answer assistant requests. Website analytics consent does not authorize access to connected services or AI processing.

Workspace operators are responsible for their own lawful use of connected data. Service data and execution records follow the pilot's configured retention and account arrangements; contact us for deletion requests and the providers relevant to your workspace.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority, including the authority where you live or work. Send requests to navid@leonlab.ai.
